"To be or not to be..." – Shakespeare am CVG
Am Montag den 20.4. begeisterte die "White Horse"-Theatergruppe die Schüler der Q11 und Q12 mit ihrer Aufführung von Shakespeares "Hamlet". Die Darbietung überzeugte durch ausgezeichnete Schauspieler und mit cleverem Bühnenbild.
Der Stoff des Dramas ist den Schülerinnen und Schülern selbstverständlich aus dem Unterricht bekannt. Jedoch kann selbst der beste Englisch-Unterricht Shakespeares Stücke nicht so zum Leben erwecken wie es ein Theaterstück schafft. Dramen sind für die Bühne geschrieben und so war der Theaterbesuch für alle Beteiligten ein gelungener Höhepunkt der Thematisierung von Shakespeares Werken.
